Riscos em Projetos de Docagem de Navios Petroleiros

Resumo


A alta competitividade das empresas, em especial do setor de petróleo, tem obrigado as organizações a melhorar cada vez mais a sua gestão estratégica, incluindo a gestão dos seus portfólios de projetos bem como o gerenciamento de cada projeto dessas carteiras. Empresas transportadoras de petróleo e seus derivados, que operam navios petroleiros são obrigadas, por força de lei, a rotineiramente retirar seus navios de atividade para efetuar manutenções em operações conhecidas como docagens. Este artigo mostra uma pesquisa realizada em uma grande empresa brasileira transportadora de petróleo e seus derivados, para identificar os principais riscos gerenciais associados aos projetos de docagens de navios petroleiros.
